About Deer Hollow Recovery & Wellness
At Deer Hollow Recovery and Wellness Center, just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah, our Lakeside House offers a tranquil setting. Built off the shore of Silver Lake, it is perfect for those who are looking for lasting healing in a serene environment. When you first arrive at our facility, you will be greeted by our warm and compassionate staff. From there, they’ll help you assess your needs and find the best group and therapist to set you up with, all to ensure lasting healing.
While we do offer personalized addiction treatment at our locally owned and operated Deer Hollow’s private and luxurious Lakeside facility, we specialize in PTSD and Trauma Focused Therapy. We’re able to do this by having every clinician working in our residential inpatient, outpatient rehab, and sober living facilities EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certified. This is one step on our way to helping you with lasting peace from your personal trauma. We understand that no one’s personal issues are alike, and they could be the underlying cause driving your addictions. Our staff will help you find out what those issues are and how to treat them.
After our staff at Deer Hollow’s Lakeside House brings you in, we’ll design the intake process to prioritize your needs and link you with our medical staff to eliminate any withdrawal symptoms you’re experiencing, stabilizing you safely and quickly. One of our intake counselors will then assess your situation and find the best program for you, taking your employment, insurance, and treatment needs into account.
At Deer Hollow’s Lakeside House, we offer residential, Intensive Outpatient, and General Outpatient drug treatment. Our intake counselors will work with you to guide you into whatever program will be your best fit. Our process is about you and your needs, not our pocketbooks.

I was at a point where I didn’t feel like I deserved another chance and Deer Hollow gave me a chance. I was there for 37 days and was able to work on my self and get a clear head. The staff helped me out a ton and talked to me like I was a human being. I played on the Deer Hollow softball team, which allowed me to meet sober people and learn how to have sober fun. I feel blessed to be apart of the Deer Hollow family.
Deer Hollow Recovery Center is an amazing program and I am proud to be a part of it. I feel blessed to work in an environment that allows me to help people grow and change. If you or a loved one need Mental Health Inpatient Treatment Center in Utah, this is certainly the place to be, with caring, supportive staff.
Highly recommend Deer Hollow Recovery facility to anyone seeking help for addiction or mental health issues in Draper, UT. The staff are extremely caring, professional and experienced in the field. I tell anyone looking for real help for themselves or their loved ones to call Deer Hollow Recovery.
