Jillian Foglesong Stabile, MD

Dr. Foglesong Stabile is a dual board-certified Family Physician. At her full-time clinical practice, she provides compassionate care to patients of all ages, including those with a history of substance abuse or currently undergoing treatment.

A strong advocate for patient-centered addiction care, Dr. Foglesong Stabile integrates evidence-based approaches to support recovery and long-term health. She received her medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 2007 and completed her residency at Family Medicine Spokane in 2010.

In addition to clinical work, Dr. Foglesong Stabile is an experienced educator. She completed a Master Preceptor Fellowship in 2020 and has served as clinical faculty for Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences since 2015, teaching Family Medicine and Women’s Health Clerkships.

Her practice reflects a deep commitment to lifelong learning and improving outcomes for patients affected by addiction and chronic illness.
