The Camp is the perfect place for anyone suffering from a substance use disorder who is looking for a holistic renewal experience in overcoming their addiction in California. We offer programs for both teens and adults and welcome anyone who needs support in starting a new life for themselves. Recovery is the goal, but recovery is also an ongoing process. Through several activities, we teach both teens and adults new skills that will enhance their self-esteem and allow them to reach their goals more successfully. For the teens, we focus on teaching responsibility while our primary focus for the adults is managing stress in the real world.

Stress is apparent throughout everyone’s lives, and we understand it is a big reason many abuse drugs. We teach our guests how to handle the daily stressors of life instead of abusing substances when triggered by daily life events.

For over two decades, we have been caring for our patients with open arms and dedication spread throughout the camp. We are surrounded by 25 acres of woods, a perfect setting to bask in what nature has to offer us. Outdoor activities such as yoga help to alleviate stress and induce relaxation, bringing our minds and bodies closer to one another. This holistic type of treatment allows us to become aware of our surroundings and who we are.

Nationally accredited, we provide comprehensive, cutting-edge treatment given by multidisciplinary professionals. The Camp Recovery Center is a leader in addiction treatment, treating over 15 types of addictions with our individualized treatment plans. Our care does not stop once you graduate from our program. We offer aftercare and alumni support to all of our patients and encourage attendance on 12-Step meetings within the community. As a tight knit community within the woods, we truly learn to heal together. No matter who we are, where we came from, or what we are struggling with, we all have one main goal, and we are all dedicated to succeeding together.
