About Valiant Recovery - Kelowna

Valiant Recovery was founded in 2009 and is located in beautiful Kelowna British Columbia one of Canada’s top vacation destinations, and is now Canada’s top recovery destination. In Kelowna we have two locations to choose from, the Valiant Recovery program takes a limited number of 5 clients at a time, offering the most individualized addiction and mental health treatment in Canada. While the crossing point location takes 10 clients at a time, and still provides an exceptional level on individual therapy.

Valiant Recovery clients receive between 24 and 48 individual one on one sessions each month. While at the crossing point clients will receive 8 one on one sessions.
The one-on-one sessions are focused on things like:

Anxiety and depression
Grief and loss
Trauma
Anger management
Relapse prevention
12 step
Codependency
Boundaries

We are a holistic program that focuses on each individual mind body and spirit. We believe that by treating the root issues behind the addiction we can provide lasting recovery for each individual that comes into our programs.

We also believe that it is important to be comfortable, relaxed and feeling safe during treatment as it helps people to process through difficult emotions and feelings, without their fight flight or freeze kicking in.

When we conducted our survey a few years ago we discovered that clients who completed a 30 day program and were able to maintain one year or longer of sobriety was a rate of 62% well people who completed the whole 90 day program had a success rate of 73%.

We pride ourselves in offering the highest level of one on one therapy in Canada, and some of the best pricing in North America for this level of one on one therapy.
